SOUQI Return Policy

 

General:

  1. SOUQI strives for 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at contact@souqi.nl to arrange a return.
  2. This returns policy applies to all organic and handmade products sold by SOUQI.

Return conditions:

  1. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order.
  2. Returned products must be in unopened and unused condition, with all original labels and packaging intact.
  3. Products that have been used, damaged or are not in their original condition cannot be returned.

Returns process:

  1. To arrange a return, please contact our customer service at Contact@souqi.nl. Provide your order number, the name of the product you want to return and the reason for the return.
  2. After receiving your return request, our customer service will provide the necessary instructions for returning the products.
  3. Please ensure products are packaged securely for shipping to prevent damage during the returns process. Whichever method of delivery you choose, you are responsible for ensuring that the package is returned to us.
  4. The costs and responsibility for returning the products lie with the customer, unless it concerns an error on the part of SOUQI (for example, wrong product delivered).

Refund :

  1. Once we have received the returned products and checked for compliance with our returns policy, we will process a refund.
  2. The refund will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Damage or problems
Please check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. This way we can immediately assess and solve the problem.
Lost or stolen orders
SOUQI accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. SOUQI will not refund orders confirmed as delivered by the courier and reported as lost or stolen. You can submit your claim to the relevant delivery service. If a package was delivered with track & trace and the package is lost, you can file a claim for damages with the delivery service. SOUQI will assist you by providing all the information you need.
Exchange
The fastest way to obtain an exchange is to return the incorrect item and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If you paid via credit card or PayPal, you are often entitled to purchase protection from these payment services.

Model form for right of withdrawal/return

You can print this form or manually copy it and add it to your return shipment. It is important to always clearly add your NAME and ORDER NUMBER to the PACKAGE. We cannot refund the return amount without your name and order number.
