This ISO standard describes the Good Manufacturing Practices that must be applied in the production of cosmetics. It is an important pillar of European regulations for cosmetics, which sets very strict requirements to ensure consumer safety.

All cosmetic products sold on the European market must comply with Good Cosmetic Manufacturing Practices as described in ISO 22716. This standard was developed in collaboration with professionals from the cosmetics industry and promotes best practices in manufacturing , control, storage and shipping.

Both European and non-European players in the cosmetic industry are involved in complying with this standard. Ingredient producers, end product manufacturers, distributors and importers/exporters have been given new responsibilities.

In addition to GMP certification, we also have the USDA Organic certification, which allows our producers to market organic products in the United States.
