Wat is de Himalaya zout body scrub en hoe voelt deze aan op de huid?

Souqi's Himalaya zout body scrub combineert mineraalrijk Himalayazout, met wel 84 verschillende mineralen, met zuiverende eucalyptusolie. Het is een Hammam-geïnspireerde scrub met een wat grovere, korrelige textuur die de huid mild exfolieert en dode huidcellen verwijdert. Na gebruik voelt de huid fris, zacht en gladder aan, terwijl de eucalyptus een verfrissend en reinigend gevoel achterlaat dat doet denken aan een traditionele hammambehandeling.

Hoe gebruik ik de Himalaya zout scrub het beste?

Breng de scrub aan op een vochtige huid en voeg eerst een paar druppels water, rozenwater of een verzorgende olie toe om de droge scrub te activeren. Masseer vervolgens zacht in met cirkelvormige bewegingen en spoel grondig af met warm water. Gebruik de scrub bij voorkeur op het lichaam, de handen en voeten; vermijd het gezicht omdat de korrels daarvoor te grof zijn. Rond je routine af met een hydraterende olie zoals arganolie om het vocht beter vast te houden.

Wat zijn de voordelen van Himalaya zout en eucalyptus voor de huid?

Himalayazout helpt de pH-waarde van de huid in balans te brengen en heeft van nature antibacteriële en ontstekingsremmende eigenschappen, waardoor het geschikt is voor een huid die gevoelig is voor acne, eczeem of psoriasis. De korrels stimuleren tijdens het scrubben de doorbloeding, wat de huid een gezondere, frissere uitstraling geeft. Eucalyptusolie voegt een verfrissend, zuiverend effect toe en ondersteunt een schoon huidgevoel tijdens en na het scrubben.

Voor welke lichaamsdelen kan ik deze scrub gebruiken? Is hij geschikt voor de gevoelige huid?

De scrub is ideaal voor droge zones zoals handen, voeten en ellebogen, maar kan ook op het hele lichaam gebruikt worden om de huid gladder te maken. Gebruik de scrub niet op het gezicht, omdat de grove zoutkorrels daar te agressief voor zijn. Heb je een gevoelige huid, test de scrub dan eerst op een klein stukje huid en scrub niet te hard, zodat de huid niet geïrriteerd raakt.

Hoe vaak kan ik de scrub gebruiken en hoe lang is hij houdbaar?

Voor de beste resultaten en om irritatie te voorkomen wordt aangeraden de scrub maximaal één keer per week te gebruiken. Bewaar de scrub op een droge plek met de verpakking goed afgesloten, zodat het zout geen vocht opneemt en niet gaat klonteren. Goed bewaard is de Himalaya zout body scrub meerdere maanden houdbaar.
