FOR USING THE WEBSITE AND PLACING ONLINE ORDERS
General:
- We welcome all customers to SOUQI and ask that you be respectful and kind to our team and other customers.
- SOUQI strives to create a safe and pleasant shopping environment. We reserve the right to deny access to our store or website to persons who do not adhere to these house rules.
Orders and payments:
- Place your order carefully and check the details before checking out. Any changes must be reported as soon as possible.
- Payment must be made in advance via the available payment methods on our website.
Products:
- We strive to provide accurate information about our products, including ingredients, directions for use and any warnings.
- Please read product descriptions carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.
Shipping and delivery:
- We strive to ship and deliver orders as quickly as possible. Please note that delivery time may vary depending on your location and other circumstances.
- We will communicate any delays in delivery as soon as possible.
Returns and complaints:

- All content on SOUQI's website and social media channels is the property of SOUQI and may not be copied, distributed or used without our express permission.
Misconduct and damage :
- Misconduct, offensive language, intimidation or threats against our team or other customers will not be tolerated.
- Customers are responsible for any damage they cause to our store or products.
Fraudulent transactions :
- SOUQI does not accept payments made with stolen financial information or fraudulently, such as stolen or counterfeit credit cards, hacked PayPal or Klarna accounts, or stolen/invalid gift cards. Violators will be blocked for 5 years and notified.
- Orders may also be blocked based on notifications we receive during the fulfillment process, for example, notifications about an individual listed as a 'barred party' on a national or international fraud list.
Account fraud :
- Customers may have one (1) account per person. Creating additional accounts with different email addresses, names or home addresses with the aim of obtaining more customer benefits may lead to the blocking of the second account to prevent abuse. Customers will be informed of this. If no objection is raised within three months, the account will be deleted.
- Customers are not entitled to benefits already received upon initial account creation.
- Customers who create an excessive number (>2) of accounts and attempt to claim benefits for those accounts will be blocked for a period of 1 year. Customers will be informed of this.
Unfounded returns and/or claims :
- In the event of multiple claims, such as complaints about broken items, missing items, incorrect deliveries, etc., SOUQI reserves the right to block the placing of orders and/or making payments on the customer's account if there is no (or insufficient ) proof of the complaints is provided. Customers will be informed of this.
